Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for leading detailed, factual investigations into alleged violations of the firm's EEO, Contracts, Time Online, and other policies. Work with the aligned in-house attorneys, consult with HR business partners and other firm members, summarize the findings of investigations in written reports, and present findings at the company's Disciplinary Action Committee (DAC) hearings, when necessary. Collaborate and consult with HR business partners and other internal Booz Allen Hamilton teams to resolve escalated employee relations, contractual, and compliance inquiries across all segments and aligned business locations. Provide support and direction to the business partner community and other internal teams by providing policy guidance and interpretation and provide analytical support for HR policy development, including policies and practices related to disciplinary actions, performance, compliance, and other matters. Maintain responsibility for developing and implementing actions to address gaps or areas requiring attention for the firm, including workstreams, reviewing investigations and DAC cases, disciplinary action reports, or other data sources to identify trends. Develop and facilitate training to Booz Allen's HR community and other internal and external delivery staff on topics related to employee relations, ethics, policies, and investigative processes. This position is able to support remote delivery. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with conducting internal investigations into unethical behaviors and policy violations, including claims of discrimination, harassment, theft, misuse of firm assets, or time charging
-Experience with leading high risk and complex employee relations matters
-Experience with conducting risk review assessments
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with handling international operations and in international employment matters
-Experience with conducting interviews that result in critical fact gathering
-Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information and data from multiple sources and summarize investigative findings in writing clearly and concisely
-Ability to verbally present investigative findings and respond to questions clearly and concisely
-BA or BS degree
-HR Certification, including PHR or SPHR
