Key Role:
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Ethics, Compliance, Security, and People Services teams, including HR and Employee Relations and Leadership Development to assess required training needs and solutions. Leverage a comprehension of available industry recognized content across the spectrum of learning and development service offerings to make recommendations to deliver effective and efficient solutions. Create and manage project plans, including key milestones and deliverables for multiple workstreams balancing resources and schedules. Serve as a liaison to, and escalation point for stakeholders. Manage vendor relationships, monitor vendor performance through the project life cycle, and determine best use for future source selection. Implement and integrate new and existing learning technologies and systems to deliver learning in a range of modalities, including virtual instructor-led training (vILT), online learning, webcasts, mobile, social, video, microlearning, and authoring tools. Leverage available data to monitor and evaluate learning program efficiency and effectiveness, driving best practices and recommendations for improvement. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating instructor-led and eLearning products
-6+ years of experience with managing large-scale programs focused on a combination of learning and development, human capital, or people programs
-Experience in presenting to and interacting with senior leaders in a consultative manner
-Experience with learning delivery technologies, including Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Experience Platform (LXP), Cloud-based, or subscription services
-Experience with learning technologies and designing and implementing learning programs using social, mobile, gamification, or micro-learning
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and translating complex concepts and data into graphically appealing and easy to comprehend presentations
-Ability to analyze and de-conflict information from a variety of sources to form instructionally sound course content
-Ability to create supporting course documentation, including design documents, storyboards, style guides, and learning objectives
-Ability to lead in a collaborative and matrixed environment and build consensus and solid cross-functional relationships
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with learning solutions delivering ethics, compliance, and security content
-Experience with sourcing and managing vendors in support of learning solution design, development, and delivery
-Experience with curating learning programs in combination with internally developed solutions and commercial-off-the-shelf solutions
-Possession of excellent analytical, client-handling, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree in HR, Instructional Design, or Learning
-ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) Certification
-Instructional Design Certification
