Global Supply Chain Compliance and Policy, Senior Manager

Key Role:

Be responsible for overseeing and managing the Supply Chain organization’s compliance program, ensuring adherence to federal regulations, updating, and maintaining internal policy and procedures to ensure purchasing manual meets regulatory standards and supports organizational objectives. Assess compliance risk, assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures, conduct pre- and post-award compliance reviews of procurement files, and maintain approved purchasing system while fostering a culture of ethical behavior. Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best business practices. Develop and deliver compliance training programs to promote awareness and understanding of compliance obligations and ethical standards. Creating and updating job aids, procurement templates, and forms. Oversees compliance team and works collaboratively with the rest of the organization to implement policies and procedures. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with compliance or regulatory affairs

  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role

  • Experience with regulatory requirements, such as FAR, DFAR, or CPSR requirements to maintain approved system and compliance standards relevant to industry

  • Ability to understand, interpret, provide feedback on, and implement updated guidance based on regulatory changes

  • Ability to successfully support a fast-paced, high-volume workload

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Ivalua and Microsoft Power BI

  • Ability to partner with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to compliance and risk management, improve compliance business processes

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills
