Human Resources Business Partner, Senior

Key Role:

Apply consulting and technical expertise as well as general industry knowledge in the Human Resources function to provide Human Resources operational support to leaders, managers, and employees across the firm. Coach and advise on time sensitive issues related to employee departures, unemployment claims, secondary employment requests, talent management, policy interpretation, risk assessment and mitigation, and performance management. Provide HR operational expertise and advisement for Commercial and International HR processes. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and provides change management expertise for People Services initiatives. Provide advanced analytical expertise to the Operations Excellence Leadership team, work without considerable direction, and mentor other team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources

  • Experience with providing internal customer service in large organizations

  • Experience with managing sensitive, critical employee situations

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

  • Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and procedures

  • Ability to address multiple requests in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Ability to analyze data to draw conclusions about the information

  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday HRIS

  • Experience with International HR

  • Experience with change management a plus

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Possession of excellent analytical, conflict- resolution, and problem-solving skills

  • Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • MA or MS degree

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or equivalent Human Resources Certification
