The Opportunity:
As an IBM Case Manager and Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing case management and business automation solutions using IBM Case Manager and IBM BAW. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into efficient, scalable, and robust solutions. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You'll Work On:
Design, develop, test, and deploy IBM Case Manager and BAW solutions that meet business needs.
Integrate IBM Case Manager or BAW with existing systems and third-party applications.
Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and continuously optimize solutions post-deployment.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and solutions.

You Have:
3+ years of experience in development and system integration
3+ years of experience in Java, J2EE technologies, JavaScript, REST API, and web services
2+ years of experience with XML, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript libraries such as Dojo, JQuery, or ReactJS
Experience designing, developing, and implementing business processes using workflow tools such as IBM Case Manager
Experience developing user interfaces and backend processes related to business workflows
Experience in source code management using tools such as Git or BitBucket
Experience working in agile or iterative SDLCs
Experience with relational databases, including DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server, and SQL queries
Ability to analyze complex business requirement and establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, team members, and supervisors
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 5+ years of experience in IT covering software development, enterprise architecture, enterprise integration, and automation solutions, or 8+ years of experience in IT covering software development, enterprise architecture, enterprise integration, and automation solutions in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with FileNet or any ECM system, including IBM BAW
Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
IBM Case Manager or BAW Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
