IT Change Management Process Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Support the CDM IT Service Management team in daily change management activities, including managing and validating change requests. Participate in weekly Change Control Board meetings. Work with change submitters to ensure completion of required artifacts prior to CCBs. Prepare and update training and communications materials. Participate in process improvements. Report on Change process metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with IT Service Management in a professional work environment

-2+ years of experience in a Change or Configuration Management role

-Experience with assisting with the operations and maintenance of the program configuration management database (CMDB), including analyzing processes and procedures for management of configuration items

-Experience with Microsoft Office365

-Knowledge of the management principles, procedures, and processes needed to support a fully functioning configuration management database (CMDB)

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with ServiceNow or ticketing system equivalent

-Experience with enterprise hardware and software implementation, application development and hosting, networking concepts, or datacenter infrastructure and operations

-BA or BS degree

-ITIL Foundations Certification
