The Challenge:

As an intelligence analyst, you use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to conduct analytic assessments to uncover and triage the root causes of intelligence gaps and quality issues. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security.
As an intelligence capabilities evaluator on our team, you’ll help your client understand the contributions and relative value of intelligence capabilities to customer mission needs. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll design and coordinate assessment methodologies and interagency agreements. As the authority on your data-driven capability assessments of IC intelligence capabilities, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to broaden your skillset into areas like applied statistics, operations research, AI, ML, or advanced data-driven management. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to help your customers meet their toughest analytic challenges. Join us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our policy makers. This position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel of up to 25% to conduct assessments.

You Have:
-5+ years of experience with Intelligence Community (IC), including deep technical or operational expertise in one or more intelligence fields
-Experience in one or more intelligence fields, including HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT, or all-source analysis
-Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS of up to 25% to conduct assessments
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree and 15+ years of experience with analysis
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with applied statistics, operations research, AI, ML, or advanced data-driven management
-Experience with Python or Java
-Ability to collaborate and innovate to solve problems
-MA degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
