Legal Contracts Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide advice and counsel to senior business leadership on substantive contract compliance requirements across the contract lifecycle, with a primary focus on Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) risk mitigation. Draft formal risk mitigation documents, guidance, and correspondence in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations. Support company compliance with contract- and corporate- level regulatory and policy requirements. Provide guidance regarding the company’s operational risk management process and support the contracts organization’s policy activities, compliance training, and communications activities. Maintain records and case management documentation for compliance and risk discussions. Establish and implement company best practices and procedures for compliance risk identification and management and work with other members of the team to establish standards and analyze or streamline existing processes. Manage multiple projects and deliver in time-pressured environments. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in a role involving the administration of government contracts or compliance activities

  • Knowledge of U.S. Government OCI contract regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)

  • Ability to identify and assess the impact of regulatory changes on the business

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience working in a large corporate environment

  • Experience with using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with training development and presentation

  • Experience in corresponding and negotiating with DoD and Civilian federal agencies

  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, business judgment, and problem-solving

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, including senior leadership

  • Possession of excellent business analysis and risk management skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
