The Challenge:
As a collection adviser on our team, you’ll help your client understand their mission environment. You’ll learn how to facilitate the development of governance forums and documents, including programmatic, policies, and procedural spanning one or more collection fields. This is a chance to grow your expertise in conducting in-depth assessments of strategic collection capabilities to support programmatic decision making and an opportunity to support the development or review of multi-Intelligence technical collection capability statements, including identifying and documenting future collection architecture needs regarding program development. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You Have:
10+ years of experience with collection in the Intelligence Community (IC)
Experience with supporting senior officials in IC-level organizations
Knowledge of processes and procedures that help to translate mission needs into programmatic requirements for collection capabilities
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Collection Management
Experience with planning, leading, and completing complex projects
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Certified Collection Management Professional (CCMP) Certification
Clearance:
