Partner Development Manager

Key Role:

Act as a key leader in Booz Allen’s Partnership team by identifying, developing, and implementing strategies or approaches to enhance and elevate the firm’s position with its strategic partners. Focus on driving key initiatives in creating joint go-to-market roadmaps and implement partner strategies that enable co-development, co-investment, and joint pursuit initiatives. Support the implementation of key strategies to engage business leaders throughout the partner lifecycle, enhance visibility of the partnership network, and drive growth in the firm’s value proposition. Analyze, negotiate, and execute the full spectrum of deals that will help the firm accelerate its development of world-class capabilities and solutions with partners. Leverage expertise in a broad variety of partnerships, alliances, and complex relationships and organizational and industry trends to negotiate, execute, and assess the full range of business deals. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with understanding, evaluating, negotiating, and executing a variety of partnership, alliance, and business development activities

-Experience with the conceptualization and monetization of intellectual capital into joint partner solutions, service offerings, and game-changing innovations

-Experience in dealing with a whole spectrum of the technology ecosystems, including large software and hardware corporations, start-ups, and venture capitalists

-Experience with business development and delivery, focusing on relationships with market-aligned organizations

-Experience with large platform providers, including Amazon, Google, Salesforce, and Microsoft

-Knowledge of market analysis, solution strategy, solution marketing, partnering, alliance relationships, and channel development

-Ability to identify trends, relative benefits and risks, and financial and IC implications of deals for large institutions

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-Bachelor's degree

-Ability to work collaboratively to support partnering externally and internally with groups across a highly matrixed organization to influence decision-makers

-Ability to align solutions with business needs and create innovative approaches to address client requirements

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 170,000 to 210,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
