As a Privacy Analyst, you’ll help maintain the firm’s records of processing through privacy impact assessments, data maps, and risk assessments of internal and third-party development. You will also assist in incident response, data subject access requests, and privacy inquiries, and assist corporate and business teams to drive efficient adoption of new technology and help to address common privacy issues. Guided by Booz Allen’s purpose and values, together we’ll anticipate and proactively prepare for the issues we’ll encounter tomorrow. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience with privacy or information security in a professional or nonprofit environment
  • Knowledge of privacy laws and standards, including GDPR, CCPA, NIST Privacy Framework, and FTC regulations
  • Ability to support privacy assessments and identify privacy matters
  • Ability to translate technical advice into clear and direct business solutions
  • Ability to execute against clear objectives, priorities, and success metrics or KPIs
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • IAPP Privacy Certification such as CIPP, CIPT, or CIPM Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with cybersecurity, legal, or audits, including NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI
  • Experience supporting incident response
  • Experience with federal contracting
  • Knowledge of privacy automation software such as OneTrust

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
