The Opportunity:
As a Senior Consultant for the Recognition Program, you’ll have the experience and skills to ensure our recognition programs are effective, efficient, and well managed. You know how to design, implement, and manage comprehensive recognition programs that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
As a member of the team, you will work closely with the Program Manager and various departments to ensure recognition programs align with organizational goals, business objectives, and company culture. You will bring strategic thinking skills to deliver across program development, program implementation, stakeholder collaboration, program training and communications, reporting, and budget management. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Evaluate and enhance existing recognition programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Implement and manage recognition initiatives and communication campaigns to promote awareness and participation in recognition programs, including program effectiveness.
- Provide day-to-day solutions and awards platform support such as timely solutions to Help Desk tickets in accordance with SLAs.
- Administer shipment of gifts to International Anniversary Award recipients and administration, and updating of the awards SharePoint site.
- Leverage appropriate process management methodology to enable consistent delivery while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and rigorous process design and documentation.
- Develop, maintain, and store team collateral and process documentation, overviews, and important artifacts, including Slick Sheets, FAQs, invoices, and job-aids.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Employee Communities, and other departments to promote and integrate recognition programs into various touchpoints throughout the company, including development and delivery of training sessions and materials.
- Conduct monthly ad hoc reporting and analysis regarding program data and metrics measuring the impact and success of recognition initiatives, identifying outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Respond to requests from internal stakeholders regarding spend management and facilitate the transfer of funds between accounts to ensure recognition moments remain timely, when necessary.

You Have:
- 2+ years of experience in human resources focused on employee recognition
- Experience with project management
- Experience using Workday HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
