Requirements Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Act as clients’ most trusted advisor and essential partner. Leverage highly-developed expertise in domains, stakeholder relationships, and advanced capabilities. Identify stakeholders’ business and system requirements, and translate or decompose those needs into actionable software requirements, test criteria, and scenarios. Design systems to support a Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program as a requirements analyst on the team. Apply expertise in technical work to evaluating and modernizing systems to meet federal reporting requirements. Support the federal government.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with working on development, test, and program management support

-Knowledge of documenting business rules and impacted processes or systems

-Knowledge of documenting functional specifications

-Ability to gather and document technical and operational requirements

-Ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive, and collaborative work environment

-Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, comprehend the intent of a client’s needs, and help to shape and form a solution

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with facilitating requirements gathering and tracking requirements across multiple teams

-Experience with IT services, the software development life cycle (SDLC), or technology deployments for federal government agencies

-Ability to work with leadership, functional groups, and development teams

-Ability to work independently under general direction

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Public Trust clearance
