ServiceNow GRC SME, Mid

Key Role:

Lead planning, design, and integration of the Federal Civilian customer’s ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), SecOps, and ITSM modules to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of asset, risk, and vulnerability management. Lead integration of ServiceNow with other technologies and data including Splunk, vulnerability scanners, security, and governance tools within customer’s environment. Develop plan for maturation of ServiceNow GRC functionality, including defining indicators for Common Controls, Control Inheritance, and Continuous ATO processes. Work with clients to design, architect coordinate, and deliver proper technology enablement and automation of cybersecurity risk and vulnerability management processes using ServiceNow GRC and IRM and SecOps solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with NIST RMF framework

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role with a specific focus in design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance including any combination of GRC, IRM, and CAM solutions

  • Experience with integrating disparate technologies, including ServiceNow modules, CAM, ITSM, SecOps, and CMDB and data sources such as asset, risk, vulnerability, and threat into cohesive technical solutions that directly address client challenges

  • Knowledge of U.S. Federal Government security compliance, risk management processes and requirements, including NIST RMF and NIST 800-53 Rev 5 controls

  • Ability to help clients navigate through GRC challenges

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Experience with enterprise service, process, or functional capability development, including developing roadmaps, and establishing governance

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in a relevant area, including Risk and Compliance and Vulnerability Response

  • Security Certification, including CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
