Key Role:
Serve as a senior leader driving technologies and solutions with firmwide impact. Lead development of solution architectures to address highly complex problems, assume a technical leadership role at a program and account level, shape digital solutions business, and identify and lead growth opportunities as a technical leader. Collaborate to transform the way Federal Civilian agencies use technology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. Lead the planning, design, development, implementation, operational sustainment, and continual improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery Federal Civilian customers and end users. Research, develop, and recommend solutions to integrate people, processes, and technologies to improve ITSM operations and Cybersecurity posture. Provide expert-level analyst and advisory services, including advanced-level process automation leveraging industry best-in-class ITSM tools, including enterprise platform solutions, such as ServiceNow. Analyze strategy, concept of operations, and tactics, techniques, and procedures development applying industry practices, including IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and ISO 20000. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in a technical role with a specific focus on software development and modernization efforts, including forward-leaning technology, such as cloud, automation platforms, enterprise data, and open-source tech stacks
10+ years of experience serving as a solution architect working on multi-hundred-million-dollar federal opportunities
10+ years of experience developing and delivering tailored, complex presentations to clients that illustrate solutions to client problems and drive forward a capture, improving the probability of win
8+ years of experience in a senior-level ITSM architect or strategic advisory role, including leading complex ITSM capability development and improvement initiatives
Experience with developing ITSM governance strategies to support the use of commercial service providers (CSP) for information system hosting decisions and life cycle investments
Experience with enterprise service, process, or functional capability development, including conducting maturity assessments, developing roadmaps, and establishing governance
Experience with technical service design, service catalog development, and establishing service and operating level agreements, including MOAs and MOUs and ITSM tool suites, including implementations and migrations
Ability to obtain security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
ITIL v3 (2011) Foundation Certification
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with process improvement, maturity assessments, auditing, and controls
Experience integrating disparate technologies into cohesive technical solutions that directly address client challenges
Knowledge of Cloud-based service delivery models, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
Knowledge of industry best-in-class ITSM tools, including ServiceNow and BMC Remedy
Ability to deliver excellent products, services, or results
Master's degree preferred
ITIL Expert or ITIL Master Certification preferred
