Talent Acquisition Pipeline Programs Lead

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the next generation of talent at Booz Allen. As the Pipeline Programs leader, you’ll grow pivotal talent acquisition programs, including employee referral, diversity, university, summer interns, and transitioning military sourcing channels. You’ll have the chance to lead and mentor the team responsible for driving these long-term initiatives as well as develop the sourcing strategies and recruitment plans that allow them to identify pipelines of talent. Connecting with other talent acquisition leaders and key stakeholders, you’ll work to understand specific hiring needs and meet firmwide program goals. Join us as we expand our team to help our clients meet their most critical missions. Due to the nature of the work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

  • 10 + years of experience with working across talent acquisition
  • Experience with leading or building a dynamic university recruiting and summer internship program
  • Experience with designing and driving pipeline programs, including diversity, veterans, and return to work
  • Ability to display a strategic mindset about the long-term design of a program while having demonstrated success in implementing the vision
  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with working in the federal contract space
  • Knowledge of metrics and analytics
  • Knowledge of external labor market and best practices
