Key Role:
Act as an internal consultant and strategic business advisor to firm wide senior leaders and senior colleagues to make recommendations and influence the firm’s direction regarding talent strategies and workforce planning. Lead, manage, and ensure success of the firm’s internal and external recruitment programs. Oversee all talent acquisition activities, including employment branding, talent acquisition technology and analytics, and talent channel programs, such as transitioning military, diversity recruiting, employee referral, and alumni. Design and implement enterprise-wide innovative talent sourcing strategies, ensuring sourcing and recruiting programs support the organization's strategic growth areas and identify solutions and opportunities that leverage current industry trends and help achieve a best-in-class approach to talent acquisition. Work with firm leadership to decrease attrition by identifying new opportunities for bench staff and those looking for stretch and growth opportunities. Develop, mentor, and coach the team and work actively to enhance the diversity of the firm by playing a lead role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent acquisition team members. Lead, advise, and develop a team of senior direct reports. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in leadership roles within human resources, including in talent acquisition and talent mobility
Experience with presenting, influencing, and advising business executives on talent acquisition and sourcing matters
Experience with HR technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and creating and maintaining organizational effectiveness, analysis, and planning tools
Experience developing and deploying diversity practices that increase the pipeline of diverse talent for key talent communities
Knowledge of the business, current and potential future trends, technology and information affecting our business, talent competitors, and how recruitment tactics work in the marketplace
Knowledge of employment and labor laws
Ability to manage and lead development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition programs that align with evolving corporate strategies
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
15+ years of experience within human resources in talent acquisition in a Fortune 500 or professional services industry
Ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic environment while maintaining a sense of urgency
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Possession of excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills
Possession of exceptional leadership skills, including being a relationship builder, advisor, and results oriented change agent
Possession of excellent organizational skills
