Technical Integration Lead

Key Role:

Serve as a key member in the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program to lead the implementation and deployment of complex SIEM and GRC deployments across a series of diverse, federated, and geographically dispersed departments simultaneously. Lead a team of technical and subject matter experts to research, design, prepare, and deliver client-ready documents, presentations, and other materials on various topics, including engineering plans, technical architectures, Technical Bill of Materials, and application deployment strategies. Apply various technical leadership, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation techniques to resolving implementation, deployment, and transition issues for all internal and external stakeholders. Lead the Analysis of Alternatives to select a GRC tool and procure and deploy both GRC and SIEM components. This role will serve as a Technical mediator through the engineering lifecycle, design review, and validation. Identify and resolve gaps in the technical execution as well as serve as the go-to resource for overcoming delivery challenges throughout the program execution.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with technical delivery across diverse environments, including leading teams across a wide variety of IT environments

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role

  • Experience in interfacing directly with senior government Chief Information Security Officer, Chief Information Officer, or contractor program manager staff

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with CDM tools and agencies, including CDM tools and the role they play in government environments

  • Experience with Department of Interior

  • Experience with administration of Splunk or other SIEM tools

  • Experience with Phantom or User Behavioral Analysis is a major plus

  • Experience with administration of CSAM, Xacta, or other GRC tools

  • Experience with leading and identifying security-related gaps in government environments and identifying and implementing solutions to close those gaps

  • Experience with integrating complex applications into large environments

  • Ability to be patient with a friendly demeanor, even under stressful circumstances

  • Possession of excellent time management skills

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Security+, CASP, CAP or CISSP Certification
