The Opportunity:
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will lead the design and execution of go-to-market initiatives with venture-backed technology companies, Booz Allen business units, and product and engineering teams. You will serve as both a customer-facing technical leader and a commercial strategist, ensuring the successful adoption of co-development managed services and products across key accounts. You will work at the convergence of technical solutioning, venture capital ecosystems, and client missions.
In this role, you will advise C-suite stakeholders, lead technical sales discussions, and execute agreements with technology companies and clients. Additionally, you will serve as the technical bridge between engineering teams, commercial tech partners, and executive stakeholders to ensure solutions maximize both technical and business objectives. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You’ll Work On:
Design and execution of go-to-market initiatives with venture-backed technology companies, Booz Allen business units, product and engineering teams.
Own account growth strategies, with responsibility for revenue targets, pipeline development, and customer success outcomes.
Partner closely with business units, product, and engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback and technology adoption trends.
Build and manage executive-level relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to expand engagement across AI system integration programs.
Serve as the technical and strategic liaison between venture-backed technology partners, internal engineering leadership, and customer stakeholders.
Translate complex customer requirements into integrated technical solutions leveraging external IP, proprietary engineering, and full-stack AI deployments.
Represent the company externally at industry events, venture showcases, and customer briefings, positioning the company as a premier coordinator of frontier AI.
Identify opportunities for intellectual property creation, licensing, and engineering service monetization – drive integration into cloud, AI model, and SaaS offerings
Advise on AI venture capital investments and go-to-market model decisions

You Have:
12+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions architecture, or enterprise GTM leadership
Experience managing C-level relationships and navigating strategic partnerships with both startups and enterprise customers
Experience using AI/ML platforms, cloud-native architectures, and data integration
Experience leading go-to-market strategies in AI, cloud, defense technology, or enterprise SaaS environments
Experience managing scaled delivery of custom AI solutions across cloud native services and infrastructure, such as NVIDIA Cloud Functions or AWS Bedrock
Experience working with venture-backed engineering and go-to-market teams
Knowledge of AI research, venture-backed technology ecosystems, and integration of IP-driven solutions into enterprise or defense workflows
Ability to design joint commercial models, including co-sell, revenue-share, and licensing agreements
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
5+ years of experience working with pre-sales engineering teams, setting financial targets, and executing business-to-business or business-to-customer AI managed service deliveries
5+ years of experience working in relevant use case domains, such as USG efficiencies, autonomous systems, defense, aerospace, or intelligence
Experience with venture capital ecosystems and early-stage technology evaluation
Experience scaling GTM strategies at growth-stage companies
Ability to bridge technical credibility and business acumen
Possession of exceptional communication and executive presence

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
