Key Role:
Serve as a specialist on contractor teams to support CMS and other clients in advancing value-based care. Research, design, and execute on strategic planning to support the government’s implementation of alternative payment models. Plan, coordinate, and support business development and capture efforts focused on CMS alternative payment models. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial value-based payment models
Experience with designing, implementing, or supporting CMS Alternative Payment Models
Experience working with payers and providers in executing value-based care programs
Experience with the federal procurement process, including business development and proposal development leadership
Experience with client management
Knowledge of care delivery transformation or practice redesign efforts to improve patient experience and outcomes
Knowledge of quality and utilization measure performance tied to payment
Ability to manage a mid-sized team and manage budgets
Master's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Medicaid programs
Master's degree in Clinical or Social Work
Compensation:
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 100,000 to 120,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
