Program Manager

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for planning and managing programs to meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals on consulting engagements. Act as project team leader, review user or technical requirements, identify tasks, assigns and coordinates resources, create and track project schedules, and ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues. Work on advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring state-of-the-art technical knowledge or industry. Perform as the in-house expert on specific technologies and may not be found in non-technical areas. Consult with advanced capability knowledge and excel at client delivery with expertise in a specific area. Lead in generating intellectual capital. Develop competency in project and financial management and become more involved in managing teams and formulating business strategy.

Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with acquisitions

-10 years of experience with program management

-Ability to manage conflicting priorities

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree in Engineering, Systems Management, or Business and 4 years of experience with leadership or MA or MS degree in Engineering, Systems Management, or Business Administration and 2 years of experience with leadership

Additional Qualifications:

-Completion of 24 semester hours in accounting, business finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, organization, and management

-PMP, IAMP, or DAU Certification
