Move Management Specialist

The Opportunity: 

Serve as the Move Management Specialist for multiple infrastructure and facilities-related construction projects that support operations at onsite client location. Participate as a member of cross-functional team assessing client facilities construction, move management, information technology (IT), and construction security requirements. Support the client by providing the coordination of client’s multi-phase office relocation requirements, including IT, standard office item relocations, and any specialized requirements that may arise. Work with the client to support the swing space, ensuring that the client transitions seamlessly during the project duration. Oversee contract schedule adherence to mitigate scheduling impacts, and coordinate client requirements to execution stakeholders to enable continuity of operations. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, customers, and the project team. 

You Have:   

  • 4+ years of experience developing or implementing secure move management projects or security project management fields 
  • 4+ years of experience with federal government construction projects such as the Department of Defense (DoD)
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree 

Nice If You Have:   

  • Knowledge of construction guidelines and federal regulations 
  • Knowledge of DoD facilities construction 
  • Knowledge of Navy facilities management and Naval command operations 
  • Knowledge of project schedule management programs such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Critical Path Management
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
