Software Requirements Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Manage requirements for a large-scale Navy business software project. Apply Agile principles to convert legacy program requirements to Agile user journeys. Participate with user community in development of user stories and mapping to Agile user journey requirements. Use modern project management tools, including IBM Jazz CCM, requirements, quality management, or Atlassian Jira to track implementation of program requirements and impact of known issues. Interface with Navy clients during routine meetings and formal program reviews. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 18+ years of experience with software system requirements and change management

  • Experience with modern project management tools, including IBM Rational or Atlassian Jira

  • Knowledge of DoDI 5000.02, Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, DoDI 5000.75, and Business Systems Requirements and Acquisition

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with Navy clients

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 90,000 to 100,000.
