NC3 Functional Oversight Manager

The Opportunity:

As a Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Functional Oversight Manager, you’ll bring your leadership and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in NC3 analytics on projects for the client. You’ll use your skills and expertise to perform near real-time analysis of the enterprise and manage incident reporting, response, mitigation, and root cause analysis to assess system performance and trend data to inform operational risk assessments.

Work with us to assist the government in the development of reporting requirements and standards to enable day-to-day operation of the client to enable real time analysis of the client to facilitate operational risk management to NC2 nodes, organizations, Combatant Commands, and National Military Command System.

You Have:  

  • 10+ years of experience with NC2/NC3 operation capabilities and procedures
  • 10+ years of experience with specialized experience in the operations platforms, communications, and modes of operations, including efforts in developing survivable and endurable NC2/NC3 capabilities  
  • Experience on E-4 or E-6 aircraft or with the Mobile Consolidated Command Center (MCCC)
  • Knowledge of strategic communication systems, including satellite communications , advanced extremely high frequency, strategic automated command and control system
  • Ability to conduct in-depth analysis of various systems or processes and synthesizing results to produce reports for senior leaders
  • Ability to work individually or part of a team
  • TS/SCI clearance  
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience working with Joint Commands or in a Joint Force capacity  
  • Knowledge of performing NC2 operations and analytical support as part of a crisis action team or battle staff
  • Master’s degree
