The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a Collection Manager, you use your specialized intelligence experience and your attention to detail to develop collection capabilities, ensuring effective integration into the Joint and Combined collection process to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand the best ways to communicate Space Force collections capabilities to the Joint and Combined partners Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, or open-source. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for a wide range of customers, to include Component Commanders, and the Intelligence Community. As the Subject Matter Expert on your craft, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.  

We are seeking a highly motivated Collection Manager to support space-enabled intelligence integration. The Collection Manager will serve as the primary advocate and spokesman for Space Force collection capabilities, ensuring effective integration into Joint and Combined collection processes. You will coordinate with U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) and other space and intelligence stakeholders to ensure Space Force collection capabilities are fully leveraged in support of operational and strategic objectives.

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Joint Collection Management, including Joint Collection Processes, requirements management, and coordination mechanisms
  • 5+ years of experience integrating collection capabilities within a Joint, Combined, or Theater-level intelligence environment
  • 5+ years of experience working with Combatant Commands, Component Commands, or Combined Headquarters intelligence organizations
  • Ability to rapidly learn and articulate Space Force collection capabilities, systems, and processes
  • Ability to brief senior military and civilian leaders
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with Space Force collection capabilities, ISR platforms, or space-enabled intelligence operations
  • Experience supporting or coordinating with USFK, INDOPACOM, or Combined Forces Command (CFC)
  • Experience serving as a liaison or integration office across multiple organizations
  • Knowledge of Space Force missions and operational constructs
  • Knowledge of Space, ISR, intelligence operations, or collection management within a DoD or IC environment
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
