The Opportunity:

In this role, you'll support supply chain projects and help coordinate activities across different teams and functions within the organization. You'll play a key role in supporting program operations while contributing to broader supply chain initiatives with a focus on systems, process improvement, and collaboration.
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Supply Chain Project Specialist with a foundational understanding of project coordination and a passion for problem-solving. Strong communication and organizational skills will be essential as you work to keep projects on track and meet quality expectations. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a liaison between program teams, Global Supply Chain (GSC) operations and Procurement, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Assist in identifying and supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Help build and maintain relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) suppliers by supporting day-to-day communications and tasks.
- Manage supplier performance and escalate any risks or concerns to senior team members.
- Support the tracking and resolution of supplier issues, such as defective parts or delivery delays.
- Help coordinate defect receipt resolutions and work with internal teams and suppliers to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and metrics, contributing to performance dashboards and reporting.
- Assist with project management tasks for key initiatives, including updating project tracking tools like JIRA.
- Represent GSC in internal daily and escalation meetings specific to various program and manufacturing requirements. Provide support during team meetings by documenting outcomes, tracking action items, and ensuring next steps are captured.
- Prepare basic PowerPoint presentations to support leadership updates on supply chain projects and progress.

You Have:
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or project management
- Experience owning process improvement initiatives within supply chain
- Experience facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams and external suppliers
- Experience creating reports, maintaining dashboards, and preparing presentations
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of concepts like supplier performance, quality management, and risk mitigation
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience Infor Source-to-Pay or Costpoint Manufacturing
- 2+ years of experience using JIRA or other project management software and tools
- Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
