IT Project Management Analyst

Key Role:

Provide IT project management support. Perform project management (PM) and requirements’ management functions in accordance with industry best practices. Perform the day-to-day management support of assigned projects that involve teams of analysts, network engineers, software developers, and other project management professionals collectively involved in analyzing, designing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems during their life cycle. Apply project management expertise in collaboration with other team members to develop requirements, identify taskings, manage progress, recognize and report issues representing schedule risk, provide suggestions to improve project execution, and complete project deliverables on behalf of government staff. Provide software license management, sustainment, and hardware acquisitions for the team. Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects, including configuration management, change management, and resource coordination.

Basic Qualifications:

-2 years of experience with project management

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting network infrastructure projects

-Security+ or ITIL Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
