Bring your passion for delivering an array of training products solutions to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Soldiers and their supporting elements.
As a fabricator and trainer on our team, you’ll provide in-person fabrication and guidance for our client's personnel as well as their supporting elements through live audience or practical instruction. You’ll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge, and collaborate to devise creative products, schedules, and solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you’ll be armed with the resources you need to excel, including tools, systems, sites, and research resources to support the client.
Be empowered to tap into your creative thinking, influencing, technology, intuition, and leadership experience to manage and deliver fabrication and training using advanced circuit knowledge, general fabrication capabilities, tools, and research capabilities and processes to create learning training aids, learning objectives, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners' needs.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience as an EOD technician in the US military
- 2+ years of experience as an EOD Team Leader or higher
- 1+ years of experience in crafting or fabricating functional training aids, scenarios, and tasks, and using general tools and resources to build, emplace, and arrange training aids, components, and ordnance
- 1+ years of experience in Military deployment as a Team Leader or higher
- Experience with IED defeat training, and military ordnance research and development
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Secret clearance
- Associate’s degree
- Graduate of Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal course
- Completion of Advanced Electronics training
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in dealing with IED components and performing reverse engineering for training use
- Experience with using Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) or Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM)
- Experience as a Military Instructor
- Experience with forensics training or working in an exploitation lab
- Knowledge of homemade explosives and chemical labs
- Bachelor’s degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
