Job Description
The Opportunity:
Lead strategic initiatives that directly impact mission readiness and modernization. Provide program and project management expertise, database development, and executive-level communication to ensure effective allocation and management of real property resources. Work closely with the Director, liaise with mission units, and deliver high-visibility briefings to senior leadership and synchronize actions to enable sustainability, modernization, and operational efficiency across Base Operations Support (BASOPS) and mission projects. Work without considerable direction.
You Have:
3+ years of experience managing construction projects and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines
3+ years of experience working with BUILDER
2+ years of experience preparing and delivering executive-level briefings for senior leaders
Knowledge of Enterprise Performance Reporting and Information Management System (EPRISMs) for facility and asset management
Ability to manage workflows, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with procedures
Ability to analyze and justify resource allocation for sustainment, modernization, and readiness initiatives
Ability to lead program and project management teams, including coordination with joint and combined staffs, to deliver complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience using Microsoft Power BI for advanced data visualization and reporting
Experience supporting or managing operations and activities, including real property management, facilities investment planning, and area development plans
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
