Open Source Analyst, Mid

As an open source intelligence (OSINT) analyst, you will validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters and senior policy makers.  If you have a strong problem-solving mindset, and a quest for a challenge we have a fantastic opportunity to use those skills supporting our client.

As an OSINT analyst on our team, you’ll explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their operational environment. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like writing in-depth foundational assessments, providing predictive analysis, driving the intelligence cycle, and collaborating with external agencies. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through teamwork, leadership, and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you will have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You Have:

-5 years of experience with open source analysis

-Experience with developing OSINT collection plans and risk assessments

-Experience with all source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis

-Experience with preparing intelligence publications or academic reports

-Experience with intelligence analysis tools and databases

-Knowledge of national and service-specific OSINT policy and regulations

-Ability to conduct independent analysis to support mission requirements and use enhanced search procedures, and tools to support the usage of publicly available information (PAI)
-Active TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with operations in the South Korean theater

-Knowledge of other intelligence disciplines, including signals intelligence (SIGINT) and human intelligence (HUMINT)

-Ability to manage research and coordination for long term projects

-Ability to leverage expertise in the Korean language

-Completion of Intelligence Collection and Analysis training or certification

-Completion of the OS303 Advanced OSINT Tradecraft course

-Completion of the OS301 Basic Open Source Intelligence course and OS302 Intermediate OSINT Tools and Tradecraft

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
