Systems and Digital Engineer

As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape the development and upgrades of defense systems across ground, naval, aerospace, civilian, and aerospace, and space domains by leading digital engineering, and model-based systems engineering activities. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you’ll be able to broaden your skillset into areas like model-based design, model-based systems engineering, digital engineering, and technical engineering analyses. You Have:

·       5+ years of experience with systems engineering activities

·       2+ years of experience with MBSE Tools, including Cameo Systems Modeler or IBM Rhapsody

·       Experience with requirements and system architecture development across the systems development life cycle

·       Experience with performing analysis studies in a modeling and simulation environment

·       Ability to obtain a security clearance

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics

Nice If You Have:

·       Experience with supporting engineering tools, including IBM DOORS, Jama Connect, ModelCenter, TeamCenter, MATLAB, or STK or CAD tools, including CATIA or SolidWorks

·       Experience in a DoD program acquisition office

·       Experience with conceptualizing military problems, decomposing high-level missions systems modeling, and developing detailed designs in a systems model in support of product development

·       Experience in developing and executing model-based testing using the systems model with linked engineering tools

·       Knowledge of linking analytical and engineering tools in a digital thread

·       Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Master’s degree in Engineering

·       SysML OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) Certification

·       INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including CSEP or ASEP

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
