Information Warfare Advisor, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a subject matter expert and leverage expertise in Navy and Marine Corps Operations Information Environment (OIE) policies and capabilities, specializing in Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO). Provide leadership for identifying OIE opportunities and developing marketing strategies. Develop innovative service offerings by applying a mix of strategic and technical expertise in Navy and Marine Corps network environments, Cyberspace operations, up-to-date technologies, and Marine Corps force requirements. Work on the analysis and recommendations of technology solution individually, as a team member, and as a team lead. Build out a network of government and Industry points of contact to explore new partnerships. Attract and assist with hiring diverse and market-ready technical talent. Brief results of marketing activity to senior leadership and provide updates on growth measures.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with Navy or Marine Corps (N/MC) communications, network operations, Cybersecurity, defensive Cyberspace operations, or OIE programs or projects

-Experience in working with senior-level decision-makers in the DoD

-Experience with the relationships between government and industry

-Knowledge of HQMC-level organizations, DoD and DoN policies, and the relationships between primary N/MC operations, engineering, and acquisition organizations

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working as project manager and leading programs involving information warfare (IW) and Cyber operations, network management, or technology services

-Ability to work with and report to senior military leadership

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-TS/SCI clearance preferred

-PMP and IAM II Certification, including CISM or CISSP
