Intelligence Program Analyst

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in the military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an intelligence analyst, you use your specialized technical and military experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence, products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters. 

As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their mission environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including ISR or SIGINT/EW. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters. Your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

You Have: 

  • 10+ years of experience conducting intelligence operations for ISR or SIGINT/EW
  • Experience conducting Collection Requirements Management
  • Experience conducting Collection Operations Management
  • Knowledge of strategic intelligence capabilities and how to integrate them at the operational and tactical level
  • Ability to inform, develop, and support innovative solutions to complex problems that align with client strategic objectives
  • Ability to coordinate with other government or non-government agencies for ISR and SIGINT/EW technologies
  • Ability to develop concepts and support documents for client engagements
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience at Headquarters Marine Corps
  • Experience working at a national intelligence agency
  • Experience with change management, program management, project management, strategic communications, and military Planning, Programming, Budgeting, or Execution (PPBE) processes
  • Experience leading the delivery of complex technical solutions for commercial organizations
  • Experience with USMC ISR, Intel, Air and Ground Tactical Operations, Targeting, and Battle Management Command and Control systems or operations
  • Experience working on research and development programs through ideation, engineering, implementation, testing, and commercialization activities
  • Experience with any Service TENCAP program
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication and technical editing skills

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
