As a Lead cybersecurity Tools Engineer, you will prevent adversary network threats, identify advanced attack vectors and thwart methods of exploitation. 

We have an opportunity for you to use your leadership, strategy, and analytical skills to improve Booz Allen’s Intelligence Community Practice. You’ll work closely with clients serving as the principal technical advisor and subject matter expert as the Lead Cybersecurity Tools Engineer. You’ll oversee engineering, design, develop, direct, and implement enterprise network cyber defense capabilities to prevent sophisticated cyber threats and vulnerabilities from affecting the core IC enterprise. As the Lead Cyber Tools Engineer, you will implement security measures that protect the IC enterprise while maintaining knowledge of the lifecycle of the emerging threats, attack vectors and methods of adversary exploitation. You will be responsible and lead a team in maintaining proficiency and specialized knowledge in computer network theory and understand IT standards and cybersecurity Tools including the OSI model, and the methods of exploiting those standards. Finally, you will be able to broaden your skillsets utilizing, configuring, and implementing leading industry cyber defense capabilities including web content filters, email security capabilities, IDS, IPS, HBSS, SIEM, DNS security practices, advanced log analysis, network monitoring, network flow analysis, packet capture analysis, network proxies, firewalls, anti-virus capabilities, Linux/UNIX command line, and access control lists to protect, defend the most sensitive of national security missions. You Have:

• Experience with privileged/elevated access with cybersecurity Tool 
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree
• IAT Level III certification
• cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E) 
• Experience with big data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or anomaly detection 
• Experience with DIA organization and computer/networked systems. 
• Experience with cloud services, including AWS, Azure, or GCP 
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment 
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment 
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including using presentation expertise to convey complex ideas to client and internal staff 
• Possession of excellent problem-solving skills 
• Master's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
