We have an opportunity for you to use your analytical skills to improve the information processing capabilities of the US military. You’ll work closely with your customer to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environment to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You’ll implement algorithms, apply modern data science practices, research state-of-the-art artificial intelligence, and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn that set of disparate data points into objective answers that will help senior leaders make informed decisions. You Have:

-Experience with modern programming languages, including Python, C++, Java, or R

-Experience with data collection, manipulation, and analysis

-Experience with implementing machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement

-Knowledge of neural networks and deep learning concepts

-Ability to explain analytic processes and communicate results in a professional environment to both technical and non-technical audiences

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in a STEM field

Nice If You Have:

-2+ years of experience as a data scientist in a professional environment

-Experience with data science frameworks, including Databricks, Data Robot, or Cloudera

-Experience with big data technologies, including HDFS, Hadoop, or Spark

-Top Secret clearance

-MS degree in a STEM field
