As a Technical Administrator you know that every program relies on support and well-written documentation to work. What if you could use your expertise and process improvement experience towards developing processes and tools to support the delivery of capabilities to our warfighter enabling true experimentation and prototyping through modern web-application development, cloud-computing workloads, and teaming across organizations to foster talent and enable game-changing impacts across the Air Force and DoD.
Perform administrative work activities in support of project program manager. Execute independent decisions and practice good judgment, ensuring appropriate level of discretion while handling exposure to highly sensitive and confidential data. Work as part of a dynamic team supporting a variety of work activities. Organize and manage calendars and deconflict competing appointments, create and proof communications and materials, interface with customers and clients.
You have a clear understanding of technical writing and know how an end-to-end understanding can improve the mission. We need your skills to help understand and communicate system elements and ensure long-lasting integration and sustainment.
As a Technical Administrator on our team, you’ll help transform capabilities by supporting sustainment planning and engineering of a critical weapon system into an integrated, secured Cloud-enabled architecture, with leading-edge technologies for specific work aligned to Planning, Engineering, Enterprise Services, Cyber and Cloud capability areas.

You Have:
- 4+ years of experience with calendar management, and managing and preparing technical documentation
- 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Office365 Product Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Teams
- 3+ years of experience with technical writing
- Experience with supporting and interfacing with various levels of internal and external clients
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive material concerning the organization and the executive's role within the organization
- Ability to adjust to quick or sudden changing requirements and priorities
- Secret clearance
- HS Diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with recommending and developing a variety of technical documentation based on client needs
- Knowledge of Air Force and DoD requirements for manuals and written materials
- Knowledge of multiple writing style guides and requirements and Microsoft (MS) Office product suite, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to perform reviews and assure the quality of all written deliverables in support of a wide range of customer requirements, ensure the production of clear documents that guide and educate the reader, and apply expertise in client delivery process, tradecraft, and intelligence standards
- Possession of excellent analytical, and prioritization skills
- Possession of strong organizational skills
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
