CNO Technical Leader

 Key Role:

Serve as a senior business leader to drive technical capability growth within the software engineering, systems engineering, and data engineering white space. Advance and drive the key Cyber Network Operations (CNO) business by taking on leadership of existing businesses and identifying and capturing new business opportunities. Provide technical leadership to transform the client’s mission through innovative software and data approaches. Serve as the senior technical lead role of existing projects, leading teams in activities such as the development and analysis of complex CNO strategies, technology and risk assessments, performance, and capability assessments of complex weapons systems to define capability gaps and assess performance. Work closely with both technical staff and external vendors and solution providers to identify relevant emerging new technologies, promote capability investment directions aligned with Booz Allen strategic roadmaps, create new partnerships for Joint investment projects and business engagement, and strengthen future talent pipeline.

Basic Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience with managing complex technical Cyber solutions and efforts in the DoD or government sector
• 8+ years of experience with software engineering, systems engineering, or data engineering, including object-oriented programming languages, including C# and Java
• Experience with business development and established market relationships in the proposal development lifecycle
• Experience as a technical director or chief engineer and leading the technical planning, engineering, integration, execution, and operational support for weapons systems and platforms
• Experience with designing and implementing large-scale solutions serving multiple business units or clients
• Knowledge of Agile Life Cycle Management tools, including Jira, TFS, or Rational for tracking, reporting, and documentation
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with implementing a DevOps CI/CD pipeline and deploying automation tools, including Jenkins or Docker
• Experience in working with large federal organizations in a consulting-based role
• Knowledge of COTS-based implementations, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, or Appian
• Knowledge of Cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
• SAFe Certification
• PMP Certification
• Agile CSM Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $134,600.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
