As a Defense Mission and Training Expert, you’ll bring your insight into mission requirements and expertise in training delivery to work alongside thought leaders on projects for Air Force stakeholders. You’ll use your skills and expertise to research, plan, develop, and deliver impactful user resources that drive efficient and effective use of enterprise systems.

You Have:
7+ years of experience developing technical training materials for Air Force users
Experience creating detailed training materials in MS Word, including use of themes, formats, and styles to standardize presentation across products
Experience creating training plans and curriculums
Experience tailoring materials to stakeholder groups, including Installation level system users
Knowledge of Air Force Civil Engineer business processes, including facility management processes
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience developing training materials for Air Force clients
Experience as an instructor or in direct delivery of training materials to live user audiences
Knowledge of Adobe Suite
Ability to work on a geographically dispersed team
Master's degree in Training, English, or Technical Writing
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
