Knowledge Management Professional
The Opportunity:
When an organization has multiple moving parts in its processes, it can be difficult to critically examine them. To be more efficient and effective, it needs a business process specialist to learn its mission end-to-end and provide ways to change for the better. That’s why we need you, a Knowledge Management Professional who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the steps to improve their process.
As a Knowledge Management Professional on our team, you’ll analyze your client’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You’ll analyze discussions with leadership, engineers, analysts, and support staff that will help refine your client’s definition of success and identify current frustrations. You’ll work on the design of data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using root cause analysis and trend analysis to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders. On our team, you’ll use design thinking and continuous process improvement frameworks to provide your client with recommendations along with a firm grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect. This is your chance to gain experience in cyber security, procurement, and innovative technologies while furthering your process improvement and project management skills. You Have:
Experience solving problems and developing solutions
Experience planning and coordinating events
Experience with Microsoft products, such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
Knowledge of facility management, such as creating work orders and scheduling repairs
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience drafting correspondence on behalf of senior leaders
Experience with BuyOnline or Ivalua systems
Knowledge of facility management, such as creating work orders and scheduling repairs
Ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships and partnerships
Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently
Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
