Integrated Master Scheduler

The Opportunity:

As an Integrated Master Scheduler and Program Management Specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a portfolio from inception to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of a high-visibility Department of the Navy Portfolio. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review acquisition and program strategies and develop and integrated portfolio level Government Schedules and supplier Integrated Master Schedules. You’ll help execute and monitor strategic and tactical plans using resources like MS Project Professional, Project Web App, and Milestones Professional and regular interactions with project analysts, business analysts, cross-functional SMEs, vendors, and portfolio leaders. The real impact of project management and integrated project controls comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You Have: 

  • 3+ years of experience with building, analyzing, and managing schedules using Microsoft Project Professional

  • Ability to run and resolve Schedule Health Metrics, including DCMA 14-point assessment

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • 3+ years of experience with using the Microsoft Office suite

  • 3+ years of experience with Program Management for a large-scale acquisition program

  • 3+ years of experience with providing schedule analyses, including slip and risk mitigation strategies

  • 3+ years of experience with identifying and performing Critical Path analyses

  • 2+ years of experience with setting up, running, and interpreting Schedule Risk Assessments

  • Experience with using Milestones Professional

  • Experience with creating, managing, and integrating both DoD and vendor project schedules using Project Web App

  • Experience with scheduling a program or project with an Earned Value Management requirement

  • Knowledge of the Defense Acquisition Life Cycle and the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution (PPBE) process

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
