Digital Capability Program Manager, Lead

The Opportunity:

Architecting the digital solutions of tomorrow to address some of the most challenging problems of today is both an art and a science. As the Digital Capability Lead, you know how to work with digital teams across strategy and technology to break down complex problems into key messages and themes, contributing back to overall products and capabilities so that they can meet client needs and emerging market demands. Working directly with clients to deliver solutions in an agile way, you'll move quickly in a fast-paced environment to drive the agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and determine metrics to track progress. You'll lead our team as we develop cutting edge solutions to support some of our client's toughest challenges. You'll manage the delivery of our most advanced digital solutions, including digital twin, AR/VR, digital engineering, AI/ML, and DevSecOps/MLOps.

You Have:  

  • 10+ years of experience working in a technical field, such as software development, digital transformation, or modernization efforts

  • 5+ years of experience with project management across the software development lifecycle

  • 5+ years of experience with developing and delivering tailored, complex presentations to clients that illustrate solutions to client problems and drive forward a capture

  • Experience with digital twins or immersive technologies

  • Experience with backend technologies and data pipeline builds and systems integration

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps

  • Experience working with and leading a cross-functional team of technical staff and engineers, designers, and business strategists

  • Experience with supporting, engaging, and interfacing with government clients, providing reports to leadership, and translating technical topics into client requirements

  • Experience with supporting business process reengineering to optimize and streamline

  • Bachelor’s degree 

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience with establishing product frameworks for delivery of technologies at enterprise scale

  • Experience with full-stack development

  • Experience in building capabilities of new and emerging expertise from the ground up

  • Experience with navigating conversations with clients who are hesitant about change

  • Experience with startups

  • Knowledge of cloud architecture, such as AWS and Azure, digital twin, IoT, or immersive technologies, such as Unity

  • Knowledge of digital engineering and model based systems engineering (MBSE) toolsets 

  • Knowledge of Asia Pacific regional affairs with respect to cyber, digital, national security, and defense

  • Knowledge of product management and project management tools, such as Microsoft Office and Jira

  • Ability to simultaneously lead a workstream and collaborate across other teams

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
