Agile Project Manager

Key Role:

Ensure the multi-disciplinary Agile development team (ADT) is seamlessly integrated and embedded into the client's multi-layer targeting analysis processes and teams. Assist government leadership with de-conflicting competing requirements and establishing priorities that ensure the most effective and efficient use of the technology capability in a fast-paced environment. Manage the full software development life cycle through the application of Agile methods, including iterative principles from extreme programming and Scrum methodologies.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in a project management role

-Experience in interacting with management, analysts, and IT individuals from military, civilian, and contractor communities and all levels, including executive

-Experience with establishing and maintaining a high level of client trust and confidence

-Experience in management with information systems and technology

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with project management using Agile software development methods in an onsite DevOps environment and meeting cost, schedule, and performance requirements for federal software development projects

-Experience in support services for contract procurement, maintaining hardware and software licenses, and assisting with various administrative duties, as needed

-Experience with the system development life cycle and system and application program development technological alternatives

-Experience with providing direct support to targeting efforts

-Experience with the implementation of software or Web development projects using Agile methodologies, including managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-disciplinary teams

-Experience with multi-threaded, Big Data, distributive Cloud architectures and frameworks, including Hadoop, MapReduce, Cloudera, Hive, Spark, and Elastic Search for the purposes of conducting Big Data analytics

-Experience with processing and managing large data sets

-Experience with software development and working independently, in pairs, and as part of a team

-Experience with one of the following programming languages: C#, Java, .NET, Python, Perl, Ruby, or related language

-COMPTIA Security+ or CISSP Certification
