Content Project Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Manage a collaborative User Experience (UX) design team, advising clients on how to improve the overall online presence. Assess content-related client and user feedback, develop solutions to issues, recommend and implement action plans to meet client needs, and propose innovative solutions to integrate the online delivery of service within a user-friendly interface. Perform validation and quality assurance reviews on services pertaining to the initiative, and design and develop business, project process documentation, and associated SOPs to define compliance standards for client services. Review and refine the process to document user content requirements, manage updates, articulate and present requirements to team members, and track, monitor, and report progress

Basic Qualifications:

-11 years of experience in a professional work environment

-Ability to manage Web site content and comprehend tools used to create online content

-Knowledge of governance, including policies, practices, procedures, and decision forums and roles of agencies, organizations, and military service branches

-Ability to define, document, and maintain processes and procedures and write and review SOPs, process documents, business plans, CONOPS, and other technical documents

-Ability to be self-motivated and detail-oriented and think strategically, develop unconventional solutions for client requirements, and work in both a collaborative environment as part of a dynamic team and independently with clients at all levels

-Ability to negotiate, prepare, and present briefings and training

-Ability to assess GEOINT content and services to determine its relevance and suitability for online operations and whether it satisfies applicable standards to ensure it is discoverable, retrievable, accessible, and usable in an online NGA environment

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with content management for Web sites and technical writing for CONOPS, SOPS, requirements management documents, and project management tools

-Experience with SharePoint design

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including communicating thoughts, ideas, and solutions logically in oral and written situations
