Counterintelligence Requirements Officer

Key Role:

Support counterintelligence functions, including collections, operations, investigations, analysis, and functional and technical services. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 11+ years of experience with counterintelligence

  • Experience with developing presentations and briefing customers and stakeholders

  • Knowledge of foundational defensive counterintelligence, such as conducting investigations, inquiries, collections, operations, analysis, briefings, debriefings, training, and awareness

  • Ability to provide counterintelligence program management support, and operational and production direction and guidance

  • Ability to provide counterintelligence input, technical expertise, support, and maintenance to approximately 12 internal databases

  • Ability to perform counterintelligence collection and production responsibilities

  • Ability to publish approximately 100 Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) per year

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in a National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis, Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field

  • Credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy

Additional Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis, Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
