Key Role:
Deliver in-resident and distance learning instructional programs in accordance with course requirements. Use instructional methods, including guided discussions, lectures, demonstrations, small group exercises, seminars, workshops, and laboratories. Employ instructional technology in instruction and training, including Blackboard. Leverage assessment strategies in accordance with the course design, including instructor observation, testing, grading, and providing formal and informal student feedback. Teach instructional courses and leverage expertise in developing and delivering technical training and educational courses in academic, commercial, government, or industrial organizations. This position requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience as an instructor and trainer
Experience in a government operating environment, including collaboration with the intelligence community (IC) and DoD
Experience with multi-INT research and analysis concepts, tools, and products
Experience with SIGINT technical analysis, tools, databases, and operations, including mission support, penetration testing, and red teaming
Knowledge of GEOINT to include products and services
Knowledge of geospatial data and imagery analysis, including how to use image science, analytic methods, data science, opens source research, and human geography to characterize events, discover relationships and trends, and produce GEOINT
Knowledge of scripting languages
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in a professional or military environment or BA or BS degree and 3 years of experience in a professional or military environment
Additional Qualifications:
Experience as an in-resident and distance learning instructor for a US government agency
MA or MS degree in Science
Course Instruction or Teaching Certification
Clearance:
