As a Medical CBRN Specialist, you’ll bring your medical consulting expertise to work alongside thought leaders in defense consulting on projects for our DoD client. You’ll use your expertise in medical CBRN OAIs to support DoD requirements and provide analytical support for the development of CCMD policies and plans.
You'll work with us to apply expertise in patient movement in a CBRN environment, providing operations, activities, and investments support to DoD requirements and make recommendations on European Theater policies and plans. You will lead, coordinate, and oversee the planning and execution of CBRN casualty decontamination and integrate multimodal patient movement processes and procedures that includes safety measures, comprehensive decontamination protocols, and handling of contaminated casualties in the European Theater. You'll conduct vulnerability analysis and provide analytical support for the creation of policies to optimize casualty decontamination practices. You will support the development and execution of CBRN casualty patient movement concepts of support plans. You'll coordinate with components to provide analytical support for the development of contaminated patient movement policies and procedures. You will assist logistics personnel with CBRN expertise in the process of planning, coordinating, tracking, and accounting for Class VIIIA MCDM equipment, commodities, and medical countermeasures and facilitate joint healthcare delivery systems alignment with CCMD. You will support the acquisition and distribution of medical CBRN equipment and supplies. You'll support medical CBRN force health protection equities and bioenvironmental activities, including planning and policy analysis. You will integrate CBRN patient movement into training and exercise related activities, including supporting exercise events, scenario creation, and CBRN medical training objectives. You'll support CBRN medical technical demonstration and experimentation, as needed and stay informed on emerging medical CBRN technologies. You will develop and provide relevant briefs to client leadership. You'll coordinate and collaborate with other CBRN experts in the CCMD and service components. You will interface with other CCMD staff, Service Components, CSAs, Joint Staff, and other organizations on medical CBRN and patient-related movement activities. You Have:
7+ years of experience with CBRN mission areas, including patient movement for CBRN restrictions and complications
2+ years of experience with the military or DoD at a Service Headquarters, Service Component Headquarters, Combatant Command, or Joint Staff
Experience with using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat to create reports, briefings, and documents
Ability to communicate CBRN concepts and risks to a broad audience, including GO-, FO-, and SES-level audiences
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the full range of planning, developing, coordinating, executing, and analyzing various DoD plans
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree
JPME I Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
