The Opportunity:
As a Coalition Cyberspace Plans and Operations Integrator assigned to U.S. European Command’s (USEUCOM) Cyberspace Operations Division, you’ll be the subject matter expert (SME) on U.S., Coalition and Mission Partner policies, processes, and organizations in the cyberspace domain.
You will be well-versed in U.S., Coalition and Mission Partner planning documentation concerning the Commander’s intent for cyberspace effects and will provide input to all planning functions. You will translate strategic guidance into concepts and plans, and provide input to all planning functions based on analysis of the U.S., Coalition and Mission Partner documentation governing cyberspace. You will assist USEUCOM in designing and executing exercise objectives to validate or mature planning efforts related to the cyberspace domain. You’ll prioritize efforts to develop common understanding and integration of USEUCOM and Coalition plans. You’ll develop Courses of Action to conduct staff-to-staff discussions regarding cyberspace operations and coordinate with staffs to develop exercise objectives that enable closer integration. You’ll leverage lessons learned to inform planning documentation and maintain virtual liaison with key staff members in Coalition organizations, Joint Staff, and USCYBERCOM.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with defensive or offensive cyberspace operations
2+ years of experience working on a Combatant Command or Service Component staff
Experience working directly with staffs and organizations at Coalition organizations in the USEUCOM AOR
Experience developing and providing cyberspace or non-kinetic inputs to Joint Plans, OPLANS, Combatant Command Campaign plans, or Regional Plans
Experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle
Ability to succinctly articulate complex issues and develop Courses of Action
Ability to rapidly produce talking points, information papers, and briefing products suitable for senior defense and military officials
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience working with Coalition cyber organizations, including the Cyberspace Operations Centre (CyOC), Communications and Information Agency and the Cyber Security Centre
Experience working with Sovereign Cyber Effects Provided Voluntarily by Allies (SCEPVA) methodology
Experience with mission partner environments, BICES, and Coalition unclassified or secret networks
Experience with Centers of Excellence in the USEUCOM AOR, including the Cooperative Cyber Defense Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE)
Experience working with Mission Partners in the USEUCOM AOR
Experience at a Joint Staff or National-level Intelligence Agency
Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
Completion of the Joint Cyberspace Operations Planners Course (JCOPC)
Completion of Coalition-oriented Cyberspace Planning Courses
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
