Data Scientist, Senior Manager

As a Senior AI Delivery Manager at Booz Allen, you’ll lead and oversee data engineering and AI delivery activities on some of the most mission-driven projects in the industry. You’ll set direction, guide technical teams, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions, with a distinct focus on applied production AI.
Here, you’ll manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data scientists in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll leverage your experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, and operational excellence while you own the assessment, design, and delivery of advanced analytic and AI solutions for your clients.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, application development, data science, or a technical field
- 6+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining data applications for reporting and analytics at enterprise scale
- 5+ years of experience delivering data engineer solutions for the DoW and Combatant Commands
- 5+ years of experience in technical project leadership
- 5+ years of experience with Python, SQL, Scala, or R
- 1+ years of experience with Agentic AI capabilities and platforms
- Experience creating solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree in a computer science, data science, or mathematics field
Nice If You Have:
- Experience building narratives for demo and presentation
- Experience with Palantir tools, such as Foundry or Gaia
- Experience with Databricks
- Experience with Large Language Models, including applied and theoretical
- Experience with distributed data or computing tools including Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, Hive, AWS EMR, or Kafka
- Experience with data visualization or geospatial tools, such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or ArcGIS

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
