The Opportunity:
Critical decisions are made every single day in our government. What if you could use your counterintelligence (CI) or HUMINT and Identity Intelligence (I2) experience and skills to help make informed decisions? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled planner to know how to assist their client with critical decision-making. As an I2 Planner, you use your specialized expertise and your attention to detail to review, process, and coordinate DoD CI or I2 plans, policies, and directives. You'll support the government with drafting CI or I2 plans and operational proposals, including orders, planning, requirements, and tasking documents. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to make an impact on the command staff.
As an I2 planner, you will conduct administrative CI and liaison with military organizations, command offices, components, and partner agencies to provide guidance for Biometrics, Forensics, and DOMEX. You'll coordinate and synchronize U.S. military collection activities against Combatant Command priorities and CI or HUMINT strategic objectives related to I2.

You Have:
Experience with Identity Intelligence (I2), Biometrics, Forensics and exploitation, and DOMEX
Experience with Human Signature Exploitation
Experience drafting command coordination such as policy or task orders
Experience with basic I2 analysis and analytical skills
Experience with how biometrics are collected, stored, transmitted, and exploited
Ability to use I2AR and other identity databases
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience supporting CI activity and analysis, Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience supporting CI activity and analysis, or 10+ years of experience supporting CI activity and analysis in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with military organizations' biometrics efforts within OSI, NCIS, or ACI
Experience with component biometrics, forensics, and DOMEX efforts
Experience with COCOMs or working at the staff officer level equivalent
Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Biometrics Security Professional and Biometrics Security Engineer Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
