Maritime Campaign Planner

The Opportunity:

As a Maritime Campaign Planner, you’ll bring your maritime domain expertise to work alongside thought leaders in the European Command and Africa Command Areas of Responsibility (AOR) on projects. You’ll use your skills and expertise to advance the campaigning efforts of a 2-star component command. 

Work with us to synchronize, coordinate, and facilitate the planning and execution of the integrated Naval Force maritime strategy and campaigning in support of assigned objectives and tasks.

You Have:  

  • 10+ years of experience in the DoD, including on the staff of a division-level or service component headquarters

  • 8+ years of experience in the maritime domain

  • Knowledge of military planning processes, including the Joint Planning Process, Marine Corps Planning Process, and or Military Decision-Making Process

  • Ability to write and brief to senior level audiences

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience on staff with a Marine Expeditionary Force or numbered fleet headquarters

  • Knowledge of emerging Marine service initiatives, including Force Design 2030, Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations, Littoral Operations in a Contested Environment, Stand-in Forces, and Distributed Maritime Operations

  • Top Secret clearance  

  • Master's degree 

  • Completion of Marine Corps Command and Staff College or College of Naval Command and Staff

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
